The incident that took place inside a mosque, the House of Allah, in Islamabad, Pakistan, is strongly condemnable. Innocent Shia Muslims, engaged in the worship of Allah, were brutally killed in a suicide attack while they were in sajdah and ruku.
This heinous act is against Muslims and the whole of humanity. It is a grave injustice and a clear violation of the teachings of the Qur’an and Islam, which command peace, mercy, love, and unity ,not violence, division, or bloodshed. Such acts have no place in Islam.
The bombers and those who guide, support, or order them are inhuman and enemies of humanity.
This tragedy is deeply heartbreaking and profoundly sad.
May Allah Almighty grant Jannat-ul-Firdous to all the martyrs and give patience and strength to their families. Aameen.
